Personal de Limpieza / Facility Care Specialist — Estamos contratando
Empresa de servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento de instalaciones busca personal de limpieza confiable y responsable para incorporarse de inmediato. Buscamos personas con ética de trabajo sólida, atención al detalle y compromiso de hacer el trabajo bien desde el primer día.
Responsabilidades
- Limpieza general de edificios e instalaciones.
- Barrer, trapear, fregar y aspirar pisos.
- Limpieza pesada de pisos, alfombras, paredes y vidrios.
- Limpieza y desinfección de baños y áreas de alimentos.
- Tratamiento de manchas en alfombras.
- Recolección y disposición de basura.
- Limpieza de muebles, rejillas, persianas y superficies elevadas.
- Montaje y retiro de mesas y sillas para eventos cuando se requiera.
- Uso seguro de equipos y productos químicos de limpieza.
- Reportar condiciones inseguras o necesidades de reparación.
- Mantener áreas y equipos de limpieza ordenados.
- Otras tareas relacionadas según asignación.
Requisitos
- Autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos (obligatorio).
- Debe presentar documentación válida de identidad y elegibilidad de empleo.
- Teléfono inteligente (smartphone) funcional requerido.
- Disposición para usar apps de trabajo, reportes y comunicación.
- Puntualidad y responsabilidad.
- Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico y usar escaleras.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo.
- Flexibilidad para completar tareas asignadas.
