Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Health Care System seeks to add a full-time experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant to their Orthopedic Urgent Care. The new Physician Assistant will run their own Orthopedic Prompt Care Clinic. Cases will include new and existing patients and consist of a variety of acute musculoskeletal injuries. Responsibilities include: H&P s, injury evaluation, fracture care, aspirations, injections and referring to Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeons for surgical consults. Successful candidates should be NCCPA-Certified and have direct orthopedic experience fracture care). This is a full-time position is Monday to Friday (8:30 to 4:40 PM) with the potential for a four-day work week. There is no weekends, evenings or call.

The location is within the Santa Cruz, California area. The location is especially great for the ocean lover (boating, fishing, surfing etc.).ffers the ocean, culture, universities and a great place to raise a family. Base salary depends on experience, plus bonus program and sign on bonus. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided which includes medical, insurance, vacation and profit sharing.
