Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective therapy to clients, helping them navigate their mental health journey.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians to deliver comprehensive care and support.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic approaches.
• Offer clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health therapy to provide the best care possible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Active MA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) OR pre-licensed status.
• Strong clinical skills with various age groups and presentations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
• Scheduling flexibility that works for you and meets client demand. (Evening availability accelerates caseload growth).
• Will consider candidates without outpatient experience who are motivated to learn and have strong clinical skills.
