Responsibilities Work alongside a Physical Therapist to administer patient treatments and educate patients, families, and caregivers on daily routines. Assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of evidence‑based methods. Establish strong relationships with patients to help them exceed functional goals. Demonstrate positive connections with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members. Build and maintain community relationships. Qualifications Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program. State Licensure. Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $56,160 - $76,960 per year (based on experience and market factors). Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
