What You'll Do

As an RN on our night shift team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night.

You will:

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition

• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supervise and support CNAs and other members of the nursing team

• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and nursing leadership

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• Provide reassurance, comfort, and compassionate care to residents throughout the night

What We're Looking For

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Long-term care experience preferred
