What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire the Team
- Coach and motivate associates in the moment to build sales skills and confidence.
- Set clear expectations, celebrate wins, and hold the team accountable to results.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, positivity, and fun.
Drive Sales & Customer WOW
- Model consultative selling and upselling while delivering white-glove service.
- Use promotions, storytelling, and creative ideas to boost sales and build the ticket.
- Partner with Store Manager on events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
Own the Floor Experience ️
- Lead from the floor during peak times (Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun) — front and center when it matters most.
- Keep the sales floor dynamic, engaging, and ready for customers.
- Ensure merchandising, restock, and product knowledge flow seamlessly.
