Position Title Physician – General Hematology/Oncology (Assistant, Associate, or Professor rank) at Princeton Community Hospital, part of the West Virginia University Health System. Position Overview The successful candidate will practice in Princeton, West Virginia and may be assigned to additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. This role combines patient care, teaching, and academic responsibilities within the Department of Medical Oncology. Duties Provide comprehensive patient care in Hematology/Oncology. Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in an academic setting. Participate in clinical and academic activities as assigned. Maintain high-quality documentation and patient safety standards. Qualifications MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and eligibility for a state medical license. Completed Internal Medicine residency and Hematology/Oncology fellowship program. Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology by the time of appointment. Eligible for appointment at Assistant, Associate, or Professor rank. Schedule and Travel Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Travel to additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania is anticipated and expected as part of the role.
