Public Health Registered Nurse (RN) Setting: Healthcare Facilities Job Type: Contract - Full Time Pay: $55 / Hour Hours: 40.00 Location: Tacoma, WA The Public/Community Health Nurse (PHN) is responsible forthe mental and physical well-being of the community by ensuring the public’shealth through health promotion, disease prevention, treatment, andeducation. The Public/Community HealthNurse (PHN) can work in a variety of institutions such as the community,hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities while collaborating with stateregulators, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to keep the communitysafe and healthy.
