You don't need to know golf carts. You need to be a real mechanic — the kind who owns their tools, respects the shop's tools, keeps a clean bench, and can look at a machine they've never seen and figure it out. We'll teach you carts. We can't teach you to care.

About the Role

You'll be the hands of our Brooksville shop: diagnosing and repairing electric carts, handling lithium upgrades and customizations, and keeping the service bay running like your own garage. You'll also handle deliveries — dropping off new carts to customers and picking up broken-down ones. A year in, customers know their cart is fixed right because your name is on the work.

What You'll Do

•      Diagnose and repair carts — electrical, mechanical, brakes, suspension, batteries — with training on cart-specific systems

•      Perform lithium battery upgrades, accessory installs, and custom builds

•      Keep your bay organized: tools back where they belong, workspace clean, shop tools cared for like your own

•      Deliver new carts to customers and pick up carts that need service — truck and trailer

•      Document your work so service records stay clean and customers know what was done

•      Pitch in around the shop when service is slow — we're a small team that covers for each other

Who You Are

Required:

•      Genuinely skilled mechanically — automotive, powersports, small engine, marine, industrial, or similar background

•      You own your own tools and take care of them — your toolbox says who you are

•      Organized by instinct: things go back where they belong, the bench gets reset after every job

•      A smart troubleshooter who can reason through a machine you haven't worked on before

•      Valid driver's license with a clean record; comfortable towing a trailer

•      Available Tuesday through Saturday

Nice to Have:

•      Electric vehicle, golf cart, or battery system experience

•      Fabrication or customization work you're proud of

•      Comfort appearing in the occasional shop photo or video for our social media
