What You Will Do: Process Optimization & Loss Elimination: Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through root cause analysis, implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention. You'll lead or contribute to loss elimination projects using our Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology. Operational Excellence & Digital Solutions: Drive proper execution of Health, Safety, Environment (HS&E), and Quality standards. You'll support and lead the adoption of digital solutions, facilitating the integration of new tools and training team members to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Data Analysis & Value Creation: Leverage data management and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that drive business outcomes. Support & Develop: Support daily production line activities, build long-term capabilities, and coach Equipment Operators to ensure perfect execution of standard work procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
