What You Can Expect
- A highly collaborative clinical environment working alongside veterinarians, technicians, support staff, hospital leadership, the office manager, clients, and the broader veterinary community
- A role that balances hands-on medicine and surgery with team leadership, coaching, hospital oversight, client communication, and operational decision-making
- A fast-paced caseload requiring strong organization, sound clinical judgment, prioritization, and the ability to respond effectively to changing needs
- Regular opportunities to educate clients and associates, mentor developing veterinary professionals, and contribute to the continued growth of the hospital and profession
