Dimensional Innovations is expanding our Atlanta team and is hiring motivated, people-focused individuals for a full-time Client Representative position. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in building experience in client relations, customer service, account support, business communication, customer engagement, and professional development.

No previous client representative or customer service experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help new team members strengthen their communication skills, understand our client services, and become confident working directly with customers and clients. As a Client Representative, you will serve as an important point of contact between our clients and the customers they serve. You will assist with customer needs, provide information about available services, support account-related requests, and help create a positive and professional client experience.

Client Representative Responsibilities

• Communicate face-to-face with prospective and existing customers
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships
• Learn about customer needs, priorities, and service requirements
• Provide clear and accurate information about client services and account options
• Assist customers with enrollment, account updates, and general support
• Answer questions and recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs
• Maintain professional follow-up with customers and client accounts
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
• Stay informed about client programs, services, promotions, and updates
• Work alongside team members to support customer acquisition and client outreach initiatives
