2nd Shift Warehouse AssociateLocated at our Cottage Grove, MN location, the person in this position would assist with receipt, transfer, and storage of incoming freight, as well as picking and preparing orders for shipments in our Building Materials division. Day-to-day responsibilities include:Living Out Lumbermen's Culture – Leading in and modeling Lumbermen's core values while creating an atmosphere where Lumbermen's is 'first choice' of our customers.Detail Oriented – Unloading incoming freight, verifying product against enclosed packing lists, sorting material by end destination and putting away excess stock.Equipment Usage – Using fork trucks and order picking equipment.Loading Products – Loading outbound transfer trucks.Preparing Orders – Accurately pulling customer orders and preparing material for shipmentSafety – Securing and labeling products for deliveryProcess – Transferring picked orders to staging area for delivery per the delivery schedule.Open Communication – Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of warehouse.Teamwork – Performing other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse SupervisorAt Lumbermen's, we pride ourselves on treating our customers like family and delivering exceptional service.
