Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner for one of our clients.

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long Term

Requirements:

1. Not a ServiceNow Developer or Admin
2. At least 5 years as Service ITSM modules as BA/PO or Scrum master
3. CMDB and asset management
4. ITIL v3 certification MUST
5. A certified ServiceNow admin - MUST
6. Requires experience working in agile methodology - MUST
7. JIRA - maintaining the backlogs on a daily basis - MUST
8. Meetings will be in different time zones - flexibility in terms of working required
9. Time to be remote - post COVID to work from Dallas office
10. BA with a lot of Service experience
11. NO SALESFORCE, no ERP - truly ServiceNow experience only
12. Process re-engineering background MUST
13. Part of a project where multiple implementations in ServiceNow would be a great plus
