Structural Steel FCAW Welder/FabricatorWhere: Cocoa, FLWhen: Mon–Fri, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Saturday OT available)Pay: $20–$25 per hour, determined by weld test performanceIs this you?Do you read fabrication and construction drawings with confidence?Are you comfortable running overhead cranes and magnetic drills around large steel?Can you produce clean, consistent FCAW welds to AWS D1.1 standards?Do you take pride in quality, safety, and teamwork?Your impactLay out and weld structural members following drawings and weld symbols.Maintain required certifications and keep welder qualifications current per AWS.Perform visual inspections to verify weld quality and dimensional accuracy.Operate overhead cranes, air arc tools, grinders, magnetic drills, and related equipment safely.Collaborate with teammates to ensure quality control and complete, on-time work.Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.Keep your area organized; handle scrap and production clean-up.Complete basic equipment care and routine maintenance.What you’ll needExperience aligned with AWS D1.1 (2G/3G) and the willingness to keep learning.2+ years of steel fabrication experience.Overhead crane operation experience.Demonstrated Flux Core welding background.2G/3G certification preferred.Ability to pass an AWS-standard weld test.Schedule flexibility, including overtime and Saturdays as needed.RewardsHealth, dental, vision, and disability coveragePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company match and 100% vesting from day oneWeekly payCompany-paid life insuranceComplianceSelected applicant will be subject to a pre-employment physical with drug/alcohol testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
