This brand-new full-service small animal hospital in Vancouver, Washington is seeking a Founding Partner Veterinarian to lead the launch of its purpose-built practice. Opening in November, this is a rare opportunity to build a hospital from the ground up while shaping its clinical standards, culture, and long-term success. Role Description and Responsibilities
As the Founding Partner Veterinarian, you'll divide your time between clinical practice and hospital leadership, providing comprehensive general practice care including preventative medicine, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care during business hours. You'll recruit, mentor, and develop your veterinary and support teams while establishing clinical protocols and maintaining exceptional standards of patient care. Working closely with the Hospital Manager, you'll also help drive the strategic and financial growth of the practice, making key decisions that influence the long-term success of the hospital while building a positive, collaborative culture from day one.

Practice Details
This purpose-built hospital has been designed to provide high-quality companion animal medicine within a modern general practice setting. Doctors will enjoy significant clinical autonomy while benefiting from the support of a nationwide network of more than 850 hospitals and over 20,000 veterinary professionals. The practice will offer comprehensive preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care appointments, with flexibility to expand services in the future as the hospital grows. Team
As the hospital's founding clinical leader, you'll recruit and develop your own team of veterinarians and support staff, creating a culture centred around collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional patient care. You'll be supported by an experienced Hospital Manager and the wider Mission Pet Health leadership team, while also having access to an extensive network of veterinary professionals across the organisation. Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so

Salary up to $170,000 (Annual)

• Base salary from $150,000 to $170,000
