Store Associate

Storefront Assistant

We're looking for a qualified individual to assist at the storefront (located in Lehi, Utah) 3 days a week:

Tuesday 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Friday 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Saturday 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Essential Functions:

• Answer customer curriculum and homeschooling questions
• Customer checkout
• Send downloads to customers
• Record downloads on the customer support spreadsheet
• Update POS with new curriculum and prices
• Update signs for the store
• Customer support emails regarding purchases and returns at the store
• Re-stock store area with curriculum

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct reports.

Work Environment

This position works in a retail store/warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and ipads, scanners and payment processing equipment.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a part time position. Days and hours of work are stated above. Expected hours: 12-20 per week.

Required Education and Experience

1. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of The Good and the Beautiful curriculum.
2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
