The practice is known for delivering high-quality, client-centered care and creating a collaborative environment focused on connection, clinical excellence, and professional growth. This opportunity is well suited for clinicians who enjoy working with a diverse caseload and want to be part of an organization that values both excellent client care and the clinicians providing it. Opportunities may also be available for experienced clinicians interested in supervision or future leadership responsibilities. Flexible scheduling options are available, including in-person, hybrid, and fully remote arrangements. Key Responsibilities Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families based on clinical experience and areas of specialization Maintain a full-time caseload averaging 25 completed client sessions per week Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with professional and regulatory standards Build strong therapeutic relationships while providing ethical, evidence-informed, client-centered care Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive clinical environment Qualifications Active California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-informed psychotherapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and ongoing professional development Comfortable providing telehealth services and working with electronic health records and other digital tools Experience in outpatient behavioral health, private practice, community mental health, or a similar clinical setting preferred Experience and training in culturally responsive care and working with individuals from varied backgrounds and identities Reliable internet connection and a private, professional environment appropriate for confidential telehealth services Compensation & Benefits $75 per completed clinical session Benefits available to eligible employees Flexible scheduling In-person, hybrid, and fully remote opportunities Professional growth opportunities, including potential supervision and leadership pathways About MndLnq MndLnq is a clinician-founded hiring partner dedicated to helping mission-driven mental health organizations build strong, lasting clinical teams.
