Product Data Analysis & Management: Analyze and organize product and merchant data to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Build and maintain data reports and dashboards to monitor product supply, performance, and campaign progress. Conduct regular data tracking and analysis to identify key trends, gaps, and opportunities. Merchandising Strategy & Insights: Leverage data analysis tools and methodologies to identify product and supply opportunities. Conduct data-driven research and translate insights into actionable recommendations for merchandising and supply strategies. Support the development and optimization of product selection, acquisition, and incubation strategies. Campaign & Project Management: Support the execution of key merchandising and campaign initiatives, including campaign planning, product selection, merchant engagement, and performance tracking. Conduct weekly data analysis and business reviews to monitor project performance, identify key issues, and follow up on action items. Work closely with cross-functional teams to track project progress and support the implementation of merchandising strategies. Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer demand, and competitive dynamics across e-commerce platforms. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging product opportunities and provide insights for merchandising strategy. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and a high level of data sensitivity; able to identify key insights and business opportunities from data. Experience with BI tools, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus. Strong interest in e-commerce, consumer products, and digital platforms, with a basic understanding of the e-commerce or mobile internet industry. Prior internship experience in e-commerce, strategy, merchandising, operations, or related fields is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with clear logical thinking and the ability to work effectively across functions. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Available to work 5 days per week and commit to an internship of at least 6 months. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
