We take a hands-on, personalized approach to every search, and we’re growing. Job Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join our executive search team. This role is ideal for a recruiter ready to step into a fast-paced, high-performance environment and contribute immediately to active searches, candidate pipelines, and successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Source, engage, and qualify candidates for active searches Build and manage strong candidate pipelines Conduct candidate outreach and recruiting conversations Partner with Search Consultants to execute searches from kickoff through placement Maintain accurate candidate activity and records in PCRecruiter Develop market intelligence on target companies, industries, and talent What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of recruiting experience required Executive search experience highly preferred Proven ability to source, engage, and manage candidates Strong communication and relationship-building skills Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools Ideal Background: Experience in business, communications, sales, HR, or a related field Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive search Why Join Us: Get trained and mentored by senior recruiters and search consultants Learn how to source, recruit, and evaluate top-tier talent Work in a competitive, team-driven culture that values results and personal growth Be part of a firm that’s growing and have fun while doing it #J-18808-Ljbffr CiresiMorek
