Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruitment specialists for comprehensive screening

* Follow up with potential leads to sustain their interest and facilitate their hiring experience

* Keep detailed and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the appointments scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your candidates

Compensation Structure
