Qualifications:

• 1+ year recent experience as an MRI Technologist
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment and perform diagnostic imaging exams as ordered by physicians
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Accurately document patient histories and maintain records
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor technical problems, and report malfunctions
• Uphold strict compliance with safety and infection control guidelines
