More About Our Team Join our dedicated rehabilitation team at Harris Regional, an 86-bed facility offering a full range of services including general surgery, women's care, intensive care, and emergency services. How You'll Contribute An Acute Care and/or Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who excels in this role: Supports therapist in assessing the condition of patients, planning treatment programs, preparing treatment schedules, and keeping records on the progress of treatment. Assists with therapeutic procedures or administering procedures under a therapist's supervision. Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing. What We're Looking For Must be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program and possess an NC Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred.
