Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator Columbus, OH
Opportunity to own the customer journey from initial inquiry through move-in. Strong mix of relationship-based sales, networking, marketing, and community outreach. High visibility role with direct influence on occupancy, growth, and customer experience. Frequent interaction with local professionals, referral partners, and community organizations. Ability to build a rewarding career in a stable, service-oriented industry.
Target Compensation: $55k – $65k (plus sales bonuses)
Guide prospective customers through the sales and decision-making process. Conduct tours, follow-up communications, and maintain CRM activity tracking. Develop referral partnerships through networking, presentations, and community engagement. Coordinate customer onboarding and transition activities. Support marketing initiatives, events, and occupancy growth strategies.
Experience in sales, customer relationship management, marketing, or business development. Track record of building and maintaining professional relationships. Experience utilizing CRM systems and managing sales pipelines. Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally for outreach activities.
