Responsibilities

• Interact with a range of people, from highly technical software developers to Senior Executive stakeholders, to determine data retention policies, processes, and solution options.
• Interact with business domain experts and therefore must be comfortable acquiring and using business domain language and knowledge to convey concepts and recommendations.
• Determines data conversion requirements by analyzing data and creating Data Mapping
• Design and Develop technical and non-technical solutions for remediation of --> source and target data model difference (relationship, granularity, natural keys, Mandatory attributes, etc.), data conversion processes, data quality, data validation, and data archival.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Informatica Design and Development.
• Proficiency and 2+ Years of Experience in Big Data, Hadoop, Spark / Scala -- This is must
• 1 to 2 years of Experience in SSIS (if not, then person will need to learn this)
• Clearly stated demonstrable practical experience and understanding of data conversion best practices and architecture principles.
• Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and add value to a team
• Good interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
• Have worked in Onsite / Offshore scenario ; Should be ready to work in that model. Must be cooperative, flexible, and able to work well with others

• Experience or Certification in Java, Big Data, Spark / Scala, Kafka, Cloud (Azure, GCP or AWS)
• Should be ready to learn new technologies / certification at his own with resources provided by organization.
