Lead and collaborate with care teams to deliver integrated healthcare services across various settings. Engage with specialists and hospitalists to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient management. Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) to enhance team capabilities and performance. Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to risk management and safety initiatives within the organization. Support organizational growth through patient and provider recruitment and retention efforts. Promote a positive culture within the healthcare center, fostering collaboration and excellence in care delivery. Ensure adherence to departmental objectives and maintain high-quality care standards in all practices.Primary Care Physician Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree is required. Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred. Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one upon employment is mandatory. DEA certification for prescribing controlled substances is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant healthcare software applications is essential. Willingness to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment activities as needed.
