Join SolarWinds and grow with us!Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid social, targeted display, content syndication, 3rd Party,). This role drives pipeline growth, brand awareness, and revenue impact through data-driven strategy and performance optimization.This position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, owning campaign performance end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goalsPlan multi-channel campaigns across paid social, targeted display, content syndication and 3rd PartyDefine KPIs, budgets, and channel mix to optimize performance and ROICampaign Execution Lead DG and ABX campaign execution from concept through optimization and scalingManage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)Partner with campaigns, content, creative, and web teams to launch integrated campaignsPerformance & Analytics Monitor campaign performance (Account engagement/reach, CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution)Analyze data using tools such as GA4, Tableau, or similar analytics platformsIdentify optimization opportunities and run A/B tests (creative, audience, landing pages)Budget & Resource Management Own digital marketing budget allocation and optimizationManage vendor relationships and finance workflowsEnsure efficient spend and maximize marketing KPIsCross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product marketing, sales, analytics, and demand gen teamsAlign campaigns with broader go-to-market and pipeline goalsCoordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholdersContinuous Optimization & Innovation Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging technologiesTest new channels, tactics, and automation tools (AI, personalization, etc.)Improve funnel performance and conversion rates through experimentationRequired Skills & Experience4–7+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand genStrong experience with: Paid media (LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic)Analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Looker, etc.)Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end and drive measurable resultsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExperience managing budgets and forecasting performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder managementPreferred QualificationsExperience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environmentsFamiliarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)Experience with CRO and experimentation frameworksCertifications (LinkedIn, 6Sense, etc.)SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
