BrightStar Care is Hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA) & Caregivers Immediate Overnight Openings Available — Hiring Quickly Are you a dependable caregiver who thrives during overnight hours? BrightStar Care is seeking reliable Overnight Caregivers who can remain awake for the entire shift to ensure client safety and provide exceptional care. Overnight Shift Requirements Must be available for one or more of the following overnight shifts:
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Wages: $15–$17 per hour (Paid Weekly)
- Overnight shifts available immediately
- Weekend availability required
- Summerlin
- Southern Highlands
- Spring Valley
- Anthem
- Boulder City
- Lake Las Vegas
- Overnight monitoring and supervision
- Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
- Repositioning for comfort and skin integrity
- Fall prevention and safety monitoring
- Light housekeeping and meal prep
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with ADLs as needed
- Dementia care support
- Transportation (if required)
- Weekly Pay

- Minimum 1 year caregiver/PCA experience preferred
- Must be able to stay awake during entire overnight shift
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Ability to walk, bend, twist and lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around pets
- Current physical & negative 2-step TB test
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Must comply with Drug-Free Workplace policy
- Must pass drug screening
- Must pass FBI & State background checks
- Must attend Orientation
