Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Community - Columbus W, OH

Position Summary Field-based role driving demand for Bristol Myers Squibb cardiovascular medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label. Serve as primary point of contact for regional thought leaders and community-based HCPs; liaise with internal functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically. Key Responsibilities Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly. Build demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise. Develop and execute territory/account plans; use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) for insights and dynamic call planning. Conduct accurate scientific dialogue using approved resources; lead in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns). Organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging approved- indication data. Engage Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and technical inquiries. Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally. Required Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse. Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately. Proven credibility-building and account management; track record meeting/exceeding goals. Cross-functional effectiveness; cardiovascular experience preferred.
