We are hiring motivated full-cycle Sales Canvassers to engagewith homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects. What's In It For You Base pay starting at $45,000 annually plus uncappedcommission On target earnings of $120,000 to $150,000 per year Vehicle stipend and company-provided branded gear Full benefits package including medical, dental, andvision HSA and FSA options PTO and employee assistance program Life insurance coverage 401(k) with company match Growth opportunities within a rapidly expandingorganization Training and ongoing support to help you succeed in thefield What You'll Be Doing Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customersand generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner tounderstand their needs and offer tailored solutions Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions tosupport recommendations Present and sell restoration services including roofing,siding, and related exterior work Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance toconsistently improve close rates Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-upseffectively What You'll Need Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally) Comfortable with physical activity including walkingneighborhoods and climbing ladders Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and officelocations as needed Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment Who Is ScaleHouse Talent?
