Physical Therapist PositionWe're looking for a physical therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California physical therapy license required to start the position.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Home health experience preferred. SNF experience acceptable.Experience with WellSky Kinser EMR required.OASIS experience preferred. Candidates with home health and OASIS experience will be considered for relocation support.Ability to manage a full-time caseload of approximately 30 points per week (roughly 4–5 patients per day).Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.Must be able to begin seeing patients and document within expected timeframes; timely documentation (within 48 hours) is required.Benefits:Paid time off.401(k) with match after 1 year.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.In-person case conferences and team contests.Paid documentation time for timely charting.Position Details:Setting: Home health, localized patient care in the San Jose, CA area.Shift: Days. Typical schedule M–F with flexibility.
