Summary

DLA Piper's Investment Funds Group is seeking an attorney with 3 - 6 years' experience in fund formation, commercial real estate, real estate finance, and/or joint ventures. This is a professional track/non-partnership track position. Relevant experience includes drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents and investor side letters, as well as various commercial real estate transactions documents such as purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and joint venture agreements. Experience with secondaries transactions is a plus. Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.This position can be locatedin our Austin, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, D.C. offices.

Physical Demands

Sedentary work: This is primarily sedentary work, requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The role involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing, and occasional travel, both domestic and international.

Pay Transparency

The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $135,000 - $300,000 per year depending on the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
