We’re looking for a reliable part-time maintenance professional who can help keep our facilities operating efficiently. You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Compensation:$16.75 hourly
Responsibilities:- Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
- Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
- Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
