Dental Office Manager

Join American Dental Associates Ltd. as a Dental Office Manager in our Chicago, IL location. In this key role, you will oversee daily front office operations with a focus on detail and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients.

Responsibilities

Manage daily front office operations with attention to detail and efficiency
Welcome and assist patients both in person and over the phone
Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and confidently
Coordinate appointment scheduling, insurance verifications, and patient records
Support communication between clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or healthcare front desk role (dental or medical preferred)
Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset
Comfortable discussing treatment options and helping patients understand their care plan
Highly organized, dependable, and professional
Familiarity with dental or medical software is a plus
