Location: Crownsville, MD (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm, 1 Late Day, 2 Weekend Rotations
Compensation: Pay Range: $32.00-$40.00 Per HR
Description:
This position involves planning and conducting therapeutic activities for individuals and groups. The role requires significant understanding of behavioral health programs and client progression through treatment systems. Located in Crownsville, MD, this contract role demands a flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Requirements:
Minimum Alcohol and Drug Trainee certification (ADT) through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. Experience in managing caseloads in accordance with state regulations. Proficiency in completing screenings, intakes, and clinical assessments. Ability to provide various counseling sessions based on treatment plans. Experience in monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans. Competence in maintaining accurate electronic documentation. Availability for one evening shift per week and two rotating weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC, or LICSW/LCSW preferred. Experience in the Human Services field. Valid professional license and required certifications. Experience with justice-involved clients is a plus.
