Delivery Lead - Technology

Position Summary This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables requiring engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating cross‑team sync points, providing end‑to‑end visibility into deliverable health, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. The candidate will coordinate data life cycle management projects and data product executions globally to advance Bank of America's data‑driven goals, working closely with business and functional leaders to improve alignment and collaboration. Responsibilities Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick‑offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements Supports resource planning for delivery and execution Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards Required Qualifications 8+ years of applicable experience delivering AGILE software development projects Ability to provide end‑to‑end oversight at the PMO standard level for assigned program and projects Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management with a focus on execution and overall health Experience preparing for and facilitating program level routines including pre and post release planning, risk and issue management for assigned project/program(s) Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy Highly proficient in project management tools and applications including GPP or PPRT, PCM Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program level challenges Experience with Agile principles and JIRA software Desired Qualifications Previous experience within the Financial Services industry Previous experience with Bank of America Enterprise.Change Standards and Enterprise Tooling Scaled Agile Framework Lean Portfolio Management and/or Release Train Engineer certifications a plus Skills Collaboration Project Management Result Orientation Solution Delivery Process Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking Business Acumen Financial Management Influence Risk Management Agile Practices Architecture Data Management Solution Design Technical Strategy Development Shift & Hours Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 #J-18808-Ljbffr SwiftCruit
