Position Detail – Responsibilities

Respond to AGV faults. Provide backup support for ASO'S. Trained and understand how to resolve faults safely. Escalate faults timely to the appropriate contact as necessary. Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams as needed on faults and resolutions. Escalate trends in fault data to appropriate parties so the teams can root cause. Fast paced environment. Ability to multitask. Provide PM's and are certified in lockout tagout. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Flexible in priorities and ever-changing environment. Good problem-solving skills. Knowledge and understanding of Distribution Center practices.
