Refrigeration Service Technician

Bullman Heating & Air, a NearU Company, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician If you've spent the last five-plus years building real expertise in residential HVAC, Bullman Heating & Air Conditioning would like to talk to you, and we're offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 to make it official. Five or more years of hands-on HVAC service experience, and you carry that expertise with confidence. HVAC issues are rarely convenient, and you know how to bring calm, clarity, and professionalism to every customer interaction. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems. Create accurate repair estimates for customers. Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Listen carefully to customer concerns and deliver solutions that address the root cause, not just the symptom Build long-term trust with customers. Our most successful technicians are also our most customer focused. Participate in rotating on call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work based on the demand. Earn between $55,000 - $80,000/year along with SPIFFS on top of your hourly rate.

5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service (heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.)

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, outdoor environments, and on ladders.
