Job Description UM Upper Chesapeake Health (UMUCH), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), has a full-time employed position available for a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join their practice located in Forest Hill, MD. Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities Coordinating and providing medical care, health screening, and education to Harford Primary Care’s adult patients. Performing traditional outpatient duties. Working in a physician and APP friendly, collaborative environment. Monday through Friday work schedule, no weekends or holidays; work‑life balance supported by a manageable shared call rotation. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a primary care setting. Education & Training Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner license as an adult, geriatric, or family nurse practitioner. Work Orientation & Experience Satisfactory completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and a practitioner‑physician written agreement approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
