As the Orange County region Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing effective pest management solutions to our valued clients in Orange County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, including insects, rodents, and other pests. * Develop and implement effective treatment plans to eliminate pests, utilizing appropriate techniques, tools, and chemicals. * Apply pesticides and other control measures in a safe and efficient manner, following all industry regulations/guidelines and Akela procedures. * Advise customers on pest prevention measures and provide recommendations to minimize future pest-related issues. * Maintain accurate records of services performed, including detailed reports on pest identification, treatment procedures, and recommendations. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate service schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. * Uphold exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new pest control methods, and safety protocols through continuous learning and training opportunities. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification * *Valid pest control license required* * Previous experience as a Pest Control Technician or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and appropriate control measures. * Familiarity with pest control products, equipment, and application techniques. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose pest issues and implement appropriate solutions. * Ability to recognize customer needs and opportunity for additional services * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
