Open role: Warehouse Lead - PM Shift

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll use Vocollect headsets to accurately pick orders, train associates on operations across 3 temperature zones, lead pre-shift meetings, and assist management with daily production. You'll manage inventory, maintain sanitation standards, and coach team members while working in temperature-controlled environments (34-36 degrees).

Requirements: 1 year warehouse lead experience preferred. Must be certified on forklift and reach truck. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in cold environments. Available for nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills required.
