You will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Job Description – Java Platform Engineer We are looking for a highly skilled Java Platform Engineer with strong expertise in modern Java development, platform engineering, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience building reusable frameworks, scalable services, and event-driven solutions for enterprise environments. Required Skills & Experience Deep hands-on experience with Java 17+/21+ and Spring Boot (3.x preferred). Strong background in building shared frameworks, reusable components, and platform services, beyond traditional application development. Extensive experience designing and developing REST APIs and working with OpenAPI standards/specifications. Proven experience implementing event-driven architectures using Kafka. Strong understanding of distributed systems and related design patterns, including: Resilience and fault tolerance Retry mechanisms Circuit breakers High-availability architectures Nice to Have Experience integrating with legacy enterprise systems, including: z/OS Mainframe platforms CIS systems Exposure to Redis, Kafka, and Oracle in large-scale, high-throughput environments. Strong understanding of application security, including: OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) Secrets management Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as: Splunk Dynatrace Prometheus Grafana Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and standardized build frameworks using: Gradle Jenkins GitLab Experience with container orchestration platforms: Kubernetes OpenShift Experience working with cloud environments, with Microsoft Azure preferred.
