Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy protocols to help them achieve their functional objectives.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor function, cognitive skills, and daily activities.

Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.

Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic strategies to promote ongoing progress at home.

Monitor and Record Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
