• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM/6 PM — full-time coverage

• Surgical Call: 1:4 ratio — 6 weekends; 1 day of call per week

• Work Distribution: 70% inpatient OR first assist; 30% floor/ICU — no clinic duties

• Annual Cases: Approximately 1,100 cases

• First Assist Procedures: Valves, heart transplants, VADs, MAZE, CABG

• Skills Required: Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH) is mandatory; endoscopic radial harvesting is highly desirable

• Procedure Types: 99% standard procedures — no robotic surgeries

• Average Surgery Duration: 1.5 hours; standard cases take 2 to 2.5 hours

• Housing and Travel: Complimentary arrangements provided

• Licensing and Malpractice: We cover the costs and manage the arrangements

• Credentialing Process: We streamline the credentialing and privileging procedures

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $105.00 to $138.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
