Forklift OperatorIf you're confident operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks in tight aisles and high racking, this opportunity is for you. We're hiring skilled Equipment Operators for a fast-paced, high-volume 24-hour distribution facility in Fresno. This site runs exclusively on Raymond equipment—Operators with Raymond experience will feel right at home, and those eager to sharpen their skills will get hands-on experience every shift. Please ensure that you submit a resume in order to be considered.What You'll Do As an Equipment Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping product moving safely and accurately throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include:Operating stand-up forklifts to transport product between inbound, storage, and outbound areasOperating reach trucks to place and retrieve product from high rack locationsSupporting warehouse operations when needed, including: Picking, packing, sorting, and stagingScanning and labelingReceiving and inventory movementsPerforming daily equipment inspections and following all safety guidelinesBuilding clean, stable pallets and maintaining scan accuracyWorking independently while staying connected with your teamEquipment & Environment100% Raymond lift truck fleet (stand-up forklifts & reach trucks)Narrow aisles and high racking requiring strong equipment controlUse of conveyors, handheld scanners, pallet jacks, step ladders, and sortation systemsWork in temperature-varied, dusty, and elevated environments as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience operating stand-up forklifts and/or reach trucksComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accuracy warehouse environmentAbility to follow instructions and communicate clearly in EnglishStrong safety awareness and attention to detailReliable attendance and consistent performanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPay & Schedule$20.00–$20.50 per hour, based on shift and experienceMultiple shift options available: days, swings, and nightsChoose from 4x10 or 3x12 schedulesUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
