Dispatcher & Data Analyst – Transportation Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
Data Analyst – Transportation (Temp to Perm)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
OT/schedule adjustments may be required.Location: Valley, Alabama
Reports To: Transportation Management
Key Responsibilities: Track transportation equipment (chassis, trailers, trucks) status, location, and availability Monitor scheduled/completed loads and driver attendance to support daily assignments
Maintain data on company drivers, owner-operators, and brokered loads Identify and resolve missing or inaccurate data.
Prepare and update transportation reports; maintain organized records.
Communicate updates and discrepancies to management.
Assist with research, problem-solving, and other duties as assigned.
Dispatcher & Data Analyst – Transportation Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Required previous experience:
Dispatching and coordinating drivers and scheduled loads
Coordinating drivers (company, owner-operator, third-party) and tracking equipment availability/capacity
Tracking driver availability and monitoring pickup/delivery performance
Communicating with drivers on loads, delays, and scheduling
Key Attributes:
Effective problem-solving and communication skills (written/verbal) with a strong sense of reliability and accountability.
