Job DescriptionPosition OverviewThe Site Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating facility operations at designated site(s), serving as the primary on-site operational leader. This position ensures the effective delivery of integrated facility management services, maintains high client satisfaction, and drives operational excellence through oversight of building systems, vendor management, and service delivery teams. The Site Lead partners closely with clients and service providers to meet contract deliverables, maintain operational uptime, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementOversee day-to-day facility operations and service delivery at assigned site(s), ensuring all building systems function optimally and service standards are consistently metCoordinate and manage integrated facility management services including maintenance, building operations, and vendor performance to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor and maintain operational uptime targets and respond promptly to facility issues and service requestsImplement and drive cost savings initiatives and energy consumption reduction programs aligned with client objectivesClient & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary on-site point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with services providedAddress client concerns proactively and resolve issues efficiently to maintain trust and service qualityParticipate in client meetings and provide regular updates on operational performance, initiatives, and improvementsCollaborate with regional and functional peers to ensure consistent delivery of services and best practicesCompliance & Contract DeliveryAchieve contractual requirements and performance targets including work order management metrics and KPI goalsEnsure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to facility operationsMaintain thorough understanding of contract requirements and ensure team adherence to service level agreementsSupport implementation of portfolio-wide initiatives and standard operating proceduresTeam & Vendor ManagementSupervise and develop on-site team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunitiesManage vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring delivery of quality services while maintaining safety standardsFoster a collaborative team environment and promote a one-team mentality across service delivery functionsParticipate in staff succession planning and talent development initiativesFinancial & Budget ManagementSupport site operational budget management, contributing to the achievement of budget targets and cost control objectivesAssist with tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for operational efficienciesSupport timely collection of management fees and reimbursements from third-party tenants as applicableRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or related technical fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of facility management experience with working knowledge of building systems including mechanical/electrical systems, architectural maintenance, and building automationDemonstrated experience managing facility operations and coordinating service delivery teamsTechnical SkillsProficient in base building systems and understanding of associated maintnence related to Chiller, Boiler, and electirical systems.Knowledge of standard business practices and budget management principlesFamiliarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and work order management processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to analyze data and create reportsCore CompetenciesStrong leadership abilities with proven interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information clearly to diverse audiencesDemonstrated problem-solving ability and strong analytical skillsProven track record of delivering excellent internal and external customer serviceStrong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environmentDetail-oriented with ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settingsExperience working effectively with subcontractors and vendors to achieve mutual safety and performance objectivesAbility to be on-site five days a weekThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
