Vos tâches Venez-rejoindre nos équipes en tant que Manager Magasin F/H ! Au sein de notre équipe magasin, vous avez en charge les missions suivantes: Vous aurez la responsabilité de la performance commerciale et du respect du concept (tenue commerciale, approvisionnement et gestion). Vous assurez le management des collaborateurs: intégration, formation, organisation des plannings, l'accompagnement et la montée en compétence. Vous êtes garant de la satisfaction du client. Liste des tâches non exhaustive Vos atouts Doté'e) d'un Bac+3 ou 5 en commerce et/ou management, vous accompagnerez les équipes sur l’ensemble du point de vente. A ce titre, vous participerez à la performance commerciale et au respect du concept (tenue commerciale, approvisionnement et gestion).
