Our servers are dedicated to their craft and take pride in providing the best customer experience possible for each and every patron we serve. They encourage our servers to develop their skill set so that they may diversify their capabilities and in turn become more valuable to the front of house.

Location: Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley (12770 Tatum Blvd, Phoenix AZ, 85032) - Opening August 2026!

What you will do:

• Deliver attentive, personalized table service by guiding guests through the menu, explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations that enhance the dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to ensure accurate order entry, proper pacing of courses, and timely, polished presentation of food and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs and uphold fine dining service standards, including table maintenance, professional communication, and resolving guest requests to ensure an exceptional experience.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 1-year of high-volume serving experience required
• Experience in upscale dining preferred
