Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active MA state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Completion of three HealthStream modules required pre-assignment; agency provides reimbursement upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (reimbursement details provided by recruiter).

Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapist experience preferred. Familiarity with productivity expectations in high-volume outpatient clinics (approximately 55-63 patients/week, typically two treatments per hour and one-hour evaluations) preferred.

Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:00-18:30. Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Schedule flexibility required. Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 19:00. Schedule options may include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10s. EMR: Raintree. Productivity expectations: approximately 55-63 patients per week. Flexible start date. May be required to follow facility cancellation notice policies (30-day cancel notice referenced).
